Pell Palace Hotel & Spa - Istanbul

The location was perfect and convenient, for example, Basilica Cistern was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The area was cozy so close to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosquee, and the grand bazaar, Aya Sofia and blue mosque and lots of other touristic places

Wonderful double room with a fridge and a safe. Bonus point for a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Public parking nearby provided.

The superior double room offered an amazing view of the city skyline.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, lacking variety and freshness, a disappointment considering the quality otherwise.

Comfortable location walking distance to a tram station, that was handy. We appreciated the room, it was a nice size and brand-new with balcony.

Brand-new and tidy room and nice bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Very central location and next to a tram station. Also, easy access to a Roman triumphal column.

The shower was nice and clean, but the walls were super thin, making it noisy.

The room was spacious and kept meticulously clean. The in-house spa facilities were also a nice touch for some relaxation after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and didn't meet our expectations.

The hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance to major attractions. The staff is attentive, especially Kadri, who helped us with planning our itinerary. Breakfast options included good home-made pies and jams, a local touch that enhanced our mornings. The room, while clean and tidy, lacked sound insulation, resulting in some noise disruptions. The spa services, although excellent, could have been better organized during peak hours.

Perfectly located for easy access to Istanbul's historical sites, the clean and comfortable room had a strong shower and modern amenities. The friendly staff, especially Simban, enhanced the experience with attentive service. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Occasionally, the room felt a bit warm, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. My room was spacious and cleaned daily. A huge shoutout to the staff for being so cute, especially sabin and kadri. I loved the in-house spa facilities. The breakfast also had a great variety of delicious turkish dishes.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was super comfy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a lovely balcony. The shower was nice and clean. They had great spa facilities like massage options. Breakfast was delish, and the staff were great, just amazing!

The Superior Triple Room was comfy and clean. The daily tidying was a nice touch. The hotel super nice team, even going out of their way when my friend got injured. The location is really central, so you can walk to most sights easily. The taxis can be a hassle at peak times, as they can't drop you off right at the hotel, a bit annoying.

A lovely location just off the main streets-perfect for exploring! Super comfy room with all the essentials. Emre even had umbrellas ready when it poured. Now that's the kind of service you want!

The bed was as hard as my Saturday night dance moves!
